Role and Responsibilities:
- Web Applications Support – handling tickets and support procedures of multiple applications within PLM Suite
- Implement a tracking system to monitor recurring problems and their resolutions.
- Automation of Repetitive Tasks
- Developing Custom Monitoring Tools
- Development of Scripts and checks. These checks can trigger alerts or automatically resolve minor issues, enabling faster response times.
Qualification and Skills:
- Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree
- Strong proficiency in Java
- Well known knowledge on Supply chain and ITIL
- Expertise on Java Web technologies
- Technical Knowledge on DB2/SQL, JMS/MQ (Integrations) , AIX , PLM /Supply chain knowledge will be an added advantage.
