Role Overview:
As an SDE I at Rupeek, you will:
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior engineers to design, implement, and deploy innovative applications in areas like Mobile, Payments, Core Platform, and Analytics.
- Innovate: Take ownership of projects by estimating engineering efforts, planning system changes, and ensuring adherence to functional, scalability, and reliability goals.
- Design & Build: Independently design, code, and test major features, while also collaborating with the team on complex changes.
- Project Management: Help manage project plans and deliver commitments on time.
- Growth & Development: Actively contribute to the hiring process and foster an inclusive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B-Tech graduates (CSE, IT, ECE, EEE).
- Technical Skills: Strong object-oriented design and coding skills (C/C++ or Java), preferably on a UNIX or Linux platform.
- Software Development: Solid experience in design patterns, algorithms, data structures, and test-driven development.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
