Role and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior developers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the design and development of Java-based applications according to specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets coding standards.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in existing software applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends relevant to Java development.
- Work closely with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies.
Qualifications and Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Java programming language and object-oriented design principles.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Basic understanding of relational databases and SQL.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Prior internship or project experience in Java development is a plus, but not required.
