There are 5 types of open positions which are Data Engineer, Gen AI Engineer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, and UI Designer.
Qualifications for Data Engineer:
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, machine learning, and statistical methods.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R, with experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow.
- Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts and applications is an add on.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Qualifications for Gen AI Engineer:
- Experience in benchmarking AI models, with a focus on performance evaluation.
- Strong background in AI/ML, including experience with LLMs, SLMs, or LAMs.
- Familiarity with data synthesis for model training and evaluation.
- Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields.
Qualifications for Backend Developer:
- Back-End Web Development, FastAPI
- Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Experience working with databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles is a plus
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Qualifications for Frontend Developer:
- Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills
- Experience in Web Development and Software Development
- Ability to collaborate with Back-End Web Developers
